In my last update, I mentioned that the team will be wearing throwback uniforms for every Thursday home game this season. I said that they’d be wearing the 78 whites, but it looks like I jumped the gun a little bit.
On the team’s website, you can now vote for which jersey you’d like to see the team wear. The choices are the aforementioned 78 home jersey:

A good old fashioned browser refresh will help accomplish the TSB approved voter fraud, but it only works on the ’78 whites. Weird.
i kinda like the 78 browns. i wasnt alive to see them wear any of those but the browns look pretty sweet

I’m considering writing an email every day, requesting the Pads to change to the unis you all presented a while back with the brown replacing the blue. I think those are SICK!
One question…what about doing a mock up of the blue alternate unis…only changing the blue to brown? I tried but was not successful.
Keep up the campaign. We oughta make bumper stickers: WE WANT THE BROWN! or some such slogan.
“The Friar was never meant to wear blue” is our rallying cry.
the browns look pretty good on those guys. the helmets dont really match though.
do the Padres still wear those camouflage jerseys?
I’m hoping that, with the throwbacks being worn on a semi-regular basis, the team will go all the way and get them the appropriate equipment.
And the team wears the camos every home Sunday.
