(btw, Moorad is in the process of becoming the new owner of the san diego padres)

   Amen to that.

   Moorad doesn’t seem to be a stupid man, and Alderson has been doing almost precisely what the Moorad led Diamondbacks have been doing for the past 4 seasons, only Alderson has more titles and wins.

   I would think he would keep Alderson on at least through the 2009 season.
