One thing I noticed, and I didn&#039;t put this in the post since I don&#039;t really know what I&#039;m talking about, is he actually drops down lower than his final release point.

In other words, he bends down a lot, then actually stands up straighter before releasing.

I don&#039;t know if he does that for leverage, that might make sense, but it seems worth pointing out.</description>
